Delete your account yourself
Enter the email of your Aisel account. We'll send a one-time link (valid 60 minutes) to confirm the deletion.
Hapus akun sendiri

- Your name, email, phone number, password and all sessions are removed.
- Orders, transactions and journals you created stay without your name (bookkeeping obligation).
- You are the sole owner, so your business is archived and permanently erased after 30 days.
Type HAPUS to confirm. This cannot be undone.
- Nama, email, nomor telepon, sandi, dan semua sesi login Anda dihapus.
- Pesanan, transaksi, dan jurnal yang pernah Anda buat tetap ada tanpa nama Anda (kewajiban pembukuan).
- Anda pemilik tunggal, jadi bisnis Anda diarsipkan dan dimusnahkan permanen setelah 30 hari.

Signed up with a phone number only? Delete it in the app (Account → Delete account) or email hello@aisel.ai.

Deletion Request
Users may request deletion of account data or certain data by contacting the Aisel team via official email. Send requests to hello@aisel.ai.
Verification
We may request identity verification or business authorization before processing data deletion to prevent unauthorized requests.
Information to Include
Please include the business name, account email, the type of data to be deleted, the reason for the request, and a reachable contact.
Exceptions
Certain data may need to be retained temporarily for security, audit, dispute resolution, or legal obligations.

Permintaan Penghapusan
